Trauma, Dissoziation und Affekte : mimisch affektiver Ausdruck bei traumatisierten Patienten

Abstract

Es werden die Konzepte Trauma, Dissoziation und Affekte theoretisch geklärt. Im empirischen Teil der Studie werden traumatisierte Patienten einer psychosomatischen Klinik hinsichtlich Ihres mimisch-affektiven Verhaltens mit gesunden Probanden verglichen. Darüber hinaus wird der Dissoziationsgrad der Patienten mit dem mimisch-affektiven Interaktionsverhalten in Verbindung gebracht und Hoch- und Niedrigdissoziativen aus der Normalbevölkerung gegenübergestellt.

The concepts trauma, dissociation and affects get theoretically clarified. In the empirical part of the study traumatized patients of a psychosomatic clinic are compared with healthy probands in reference to their facial activity. Furthermore the patients level of dissociation is analysed in contrast to healthy test persons with a high or low level of dissociation.
