| Abstract: | For an optimal elliptic curve E over \mathbb{F}_{q}(t) of conductor \mathfrak{p}\cdot\infty, where \mathfrak{p} is prime, we show that E(F)_{tor} is generated by the image of the cuspidal divisor group. |
