Abstract: Our work presents a high-throughput kinetic killing assay in the 3D matrix using high-content imaging that is a robust and powerful cytotoxicity assay for evaluating the killing efficiency of immune killer cells or conducting drug screening under physiologically and pathologically relevant scenarios, particularly in the context of solid tumors.
