| Abstract: | Im Saarland wird das Pflichtexemplarrecht durch das Saarländische Mediengesetz geregelt. Seit 2015 unterliegen auch elektronische Publikationen der Pflichtablieferung. Die Saarländische Universitäts- und Landesbibliothek hat den Auftrag, die Pflichtexemplare des Landes in ihren Bestand aufzunehmen, zu verzeichnen und der Öffentlichkeit zur Verfügung zu stellen. |
